Cancellations are not accepted after your confirmation e-mail has been sent by Kate Landers Events, LLC. Depending on our current order volume, it is possible your order confirmation may be sent within a matter of minutes of your submission of your order, so please do not rely on the time between order submission and order confirmation as a chance to cancel your order.




Several of our products are hand crafted and made to order. This is what adds to the uniqueness of our product line and service offering. No two hand crafted products are exactly alike, and therefore you may expect slight variations between each individual hand crafted item. These variances are not to be taken as flaws, but as characteristics that make your piece truly one of a kind!




Several of our products are catered toward young children. Many products may contain small parts and there is always a possibility of breakage. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you use this product at your discretion for young children, and always supervise children when they are using or wearing any of our products. By purchasing any of our products or personalized services, you agree that Kate Landers Events, LLC, accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using this product.




Proofs are mandatory on all printed orders. Kate Landers Events, LLC, offers a complimentary digital proof for every personalized invitation, label, or stationery order via e-mail. All proof approvals or changes must be submitted to info@katelandersevents.com, we do not accept proof approvals via telephone. Any additional proofs are $5.00 per item, to be paid by the customer. The only exception to this would be if the initial proof was incorrect due to an error on our part, in which case a second complimentary proof would be provided.




We have done our very best to display colors of the products shown on our website with as much accuracy as possible. However, because the colors you see are dependent upon your monitor, we simply cannot guarantee that any color on your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

Should Kate Landers Events, LLC, offer you a full or partial refund for the damaged item, it will be issued in the same form the original payment was made. In the event of an exchange, we may request you return the damaged item. In such an event, the damaged item must be returned in the exact condition it arrived, including all packaging, and postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the order. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for all returns or exchanges.
