Paper Party Hats-Unassembled   Our line of Paper Party Hats features classic patterns in vivid colors, allowing you to mix and match for a festive party table! Available in sets of 4 per color and design, you can create a completely custom look. $2.95 per hat, unassembled. Please Note: Please select your primary color in the "color" drop down menu (unless it is the Birdies design, which we already pre-set the color options and design for you), and if your hat design features a second color, please enter it in the "comments" section below. Because all hats printed on white, white is not a "color" you need to select.   Standard Turnaround is approximately 14 business days plus shipping. For orders with a quantity larger than 24, allow an additional 3-5 business days for assembly. Each hat comes with a standard white elastic to keep hat on nice and snug.
