Our custom felt hats are hand made by a most kind and incredibly talented artist. Each hat has two layers of felt and features a darling blanket-stitch trim. Gorgeous grosgrain, velvet or raw silk ribbons are attached to neatly tie under the chin. Imported. $16.50.
